It's good. Try with full willpower. Unfortunately, I don't know how I got used to this smoking habit since I was 18 years old. I am 32 years old now. I quit smoking, but as a substitute, I've made a habit of chewing tobacco. That was 5 years ago. Now I've started taking Nicotex as a tobacco substitute. It's been going well so far. Guys, before chewing Nicotex or any other Nicorette, make a strong decision that they are not going to smoke a single cigarette. I started smoking when I was 12. Slowly my body began to crave more nicotine and the number became 1 box of 1 cigarette. After I started working, normal size became king size. I tried to stop but couldn't control my desires.
